Quinn Ryan broke the Mariners’ goal streak at 5:43 with Nick Issacson serving a five-minute major for boarding Myles McGurty. McGurty, who was helped off the ice by Railers trainer Alex Maring, did not return to the game while at this point in the game the Railers were not making any comeback.
