Worcester, MA — The Worcester Railers dropped their third straight game to the South Carolina Stingrays on Sunday afternoon, completing a sweep 4-2.

Anthony Repaci and Jimmy Lambert scored Worcester’s two goals with Lambert also tallying an assist on Repaci’s goal in his return to Worcester after being recalled to the Bridgeport Islanders. Brent Moran made 32 saves in his only appearance of the weekend. Clay Stevenson was back in the net for the South Carolina Stingrays and made 27 shots for his second win of the weekend. Ryan Scarfo collected a rebound and passed to Cherniwchan, who shot from the left circle into an open net for the 2-0 lead. The Railers reduced the deficit to 2-1 late in the second period, with Anthony Repaci scoring his 9th goal of the season. Jimmy Lambert passed to Repaci on the left circle, and he shot past the glove of Stevenson.
