Former Worcester Shark Aaron Dell made 45 saves against the Railers and Henrik Tikkanen earned a shutout win for the Railers with 28 saves.
Worcester was unable to recover from a 4-0 deficit in the first period, falling 5-2 to Maine on Wednesday night.
The Railers’ loss drops them to a 0.429 winning percentage as they look ahead to a five-game homestand starting Friday against Maine.
