Xavier Cormier reclaimed the lead at 8:18 on a shot that Hugo Ollas should’ve had the stop on but did not, and a third goal got past him. Anthony Beauregard extended their lead with a power-play goal after skating behind the net to setup his shot, bringing the score to 4-2. The Lions outshot Worcester 18-10 in the second period, outshooting Worcester 30-18 in the game.
